By accessing the Barangay Health Information System (BHIS), you agree to comply with the following terms:
Access to this system is restricted to authorized personnel of the Nueva Era Health Office. Unauthorized access is a violation of law and may result in prosecution.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password. You are accountable for all activities that occur under your account.
This system is for official health record management only. Any misuse, data manipulation, or unauthorized extraction of data is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if there is a breach of these terms or security protocols.

BHIS-Nueva Era is committed to protecting the personal data of our constituents in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
We collect personal health information solely for the purpose of providing medical services, tracking health statistics, and administrative reporting required by the DOH.

All administrators and staff with system access are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. Patient records are only accessible to authorized healthcare providers.
